Booked for 5 nights, this is not a site for any kind of stay, people live on this site permanently and go to work and it’s just a jumble of caravans and awnings whilst I’m not against that it shouldn’t be advertised as a camp site for holidays, one person even staying in a horse box lorry, toilets and showers not cleaned in the 5 days of our stay, nobody in office at all, really feel we were misled by the advertising. Only stayed as our friends were in a caravan and had already pitched up when we arrived. I had to tick the boxes below but in my opinion this campsite should not be advertising as a holiday park.

Firstly our pitch was quite large and the toilet/shower/utilities block was good.
Unfortunately, we did not sleep very well as there was a lot of traffic noise from the A.14 and Thurston Road was quite noisy both late at night and too early in the morning.
The site seemed to mainly consist of residential caravans and trailers and unfortunately, even though our first night was Friday, someone from the caravan park set off, presumably to go to work at 5.30 on Saturday morning. It was so bad, that although we were busy on Saturday, we decided to go home late on Saturday night to have a good nights sleep and picked the caravan up on Sunday, even though we should have stayed until Tuesday morning.
Unfortunately although both Beyton and Thurston were walking distance, due to lack of the ability to walk safely we would have had to use the car.
